Foxy Furniture – Online Return Policy

At Foxy Furniture, every piece is carefully painted to order, ensuring your furniture is finished to the highest standard. Because our items are made specifically for you, they require additional time to prepare and dispatch.


Returns & Cancellations

All items are custom painted to order, which means standard “change of mind” returns or cancellations are not accepted.


Orders typically take longer than 14 days to be fulfilled, which means they are completed outside the usual return period.


We will only accept returns where an item arrives damaged or faulty.


Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your furniture arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and details of the issue.


Once approved, we will arrange the return or replacement.


Foxy Furniture will cover the cost of return postage for all damaged or faulty items.
